Waking up each morning to the sound of waves crashing was a dream. The beach was beautiful, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

However, the cleanliness of the pool left much to be desired, and we encountered some issues with the water pressure in our room. Consistent maintenance could enhance the experience.

The gorgeous beach view from my room created a serene atmosphere. Fénix crafted delicious cocktails that we enjoyed on our spacious balcony, making our evenings truly memorable.

The beach access is fantastic. you can literally step out of your room and dive into the ocean. Rooms with balconies offer stunning views of the sea, making sunsets something special.

Cleanliness was a bit hit or miss. some towels were left behind, and a second cleaning promised didn't happen. We also dealt with mosquitoes in the evenings, which made sitting outside less enjoyable without proper repellent. Waiting for breakfast was frustrating as it seemed like orders got mixed up, leaving us waiting longer than others.

Casa Coson offers stunning views of the ocean from almost every corner, making it a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness in our unit was below expectations, with some fixtures needing immediate attention.

We had a fantastic family stay with our two sons. The beach view from our room was breathtaking, and the kids loved the outdoor activities available, especially horse riding. The friendly staff made it easy to plan excursions around Las Terrenas.

My wife says that the lack of umbrella service during rain was a letdown.

The beautiful beachfront location offers direct access to a stunning, clean beach, perfect for relaxation. The restaurant serves some of the best pasta I've ever tasted, complemented by friendly service from the staff. However, cleanliness in some areas, particularly in the pool, was lacking, and I faced some delays waiting for breakfast each morning. The room was well-equipped, though it could benefit from a bit more attention.

The experience was marred by a prolonged lack of water throughout the stay, without any timely resolution. Attempts to switch rooms resulted in being offered accommodations that were flooded. Despite the chaos and disorganization, there were moments of comfort with freshly baked croissants enjoyed each morning and attentiveness from some of the staff. However, overall, the lack of essential services overshadowed these minor positives.
